Returns SIM installation status

This command is used to indicate if a SIM is installed for the modem.

Usage:

• AT!SIMNOTINSTALLED? returns:

· ‘OK’ if a SIM is not currently installed

· ‘ERROR’ if there is a SIM currently installedf
