successfullyinstalled.
OnsubsequentinsertionsoftheAirCardmodem,TRU‐Install
verifiesthatthecorrectsoftwareisalreadyinstalled.Ifitis,
thenthemodemisreadyto
use.Thisprocesstakesafew
seconds.

Reinstalling the software

AirCard modem comes with an
installation CD.
Ifyouneedtoreinstallorrepairthe3GWatchersoftware,use
theSoftware Installation Mode.
1. Openthe
Control Panel.
2. Double‐click
TRU-Install.
3. Followtheonscreeninstructions.
AirCard USB modems
1. Inserting the battery
Caution: To avoid the risk of
explosion, use the same battery
model as the one that originally
came with your AirCard USB
modem. Dispose of a used
battery according to the instruc-
tions on it.
1. Slidethefrontpaneloff theAirCardUSBmodem.
2. Holdthebatterysothatthesidewithtwowhitearrows
facesupandthegoldcontactpointsontheendofthe
batterylineupwiththegoldcontactpointsonthemodem.
InsertthebatteryintotheAirCardUSB
modem.
3. IfyouhavenotinsertedyourSIMcard,proceedtothenext
section,”2.InsertingtheSIMcard”.Otherwise,gently
slidethefrontpanelontotheAirCardUSBmodemuntilit
clicksinplace.
