1. Withthelabelfacingup,inserttheAirCardmodeminto 
yourPC Card/ExpressCardslot.

AirCard modem. This may
damage connector pins. If you
have more than one
PC Card/ExpressCard slot, you
may obtain better signal strength
using the top slot.

TRU‐Install™isaSierraWirelessfeaturethatinstallsthe
necessarysoftwarethefirsttimeyouinserttheAirCard
modemintoyourcomputer.AninstallationCDisnot
required.
1. InserttheSIMcardintoyourAirCardmodemasshownon
page17.
2. InserttheAirCardmodemintoyourcomputer.
3. The
installationprocessstartsautomatically.
Ifitdoesnot,select
Start > Runandtyped:\setup.exe (where
disyourTRU-InstallCD‐ROMdriveletter).
4. Followtheonscreeninstructions.
TheAirCardmodemisreadytouseoncethesoftwareis
successfullyinstalled.
