Enable Dual-Band Wi-Fi
When all of your devices support 5 GHz Wi-Fi, use dual-band Wi-Fi for faster downloads.
Dual-band Wi-Fi uses more power.
To enable dual-band Wi-Fi from the touchscreen:
1. T
o wake up the device, press the Power key.
2. T
ap the Home ( ) button.
3. Tap the Wi-Fi button.
4. Tap the Dual-Band Wi-Fi button.
5. Tap the OFF button to the ON position.
Dual-band Wi-Fi is enabled.
