Messaging Services

Short Message Service (SMS) is a text messaging service for communication systems. The

SMS menus enable you to perform the tasks that are explained in the following sections:

• View SMS Messages

• Send SMS Messages

View SMS Messages

New SMS messages are available when the SMS LED on the front panel is solid green.

¾ To view new SMS messages:

1. On the main menu, select Advanced > SMS Messages, and then select Inbox from the

pulldown to display the SMS Message screen:

2. Click on a particular message to view it.

• Click forward or reply to forward or reply to the specified message.

• Click delete to delete the specified SMS message.

Collect Calls Collect calls cannot be received on your Turbo Hub. However, you can make an

outgoing collect call.
