Cameras
Cameras display on the Cameras screen, but live video does not play
Reason.
• The camera is offline.
• The camera antenna is down.
• There is a temporary communication failure.
• The Wi-Fi connection is lost or intermittent.
• The Camera or the Home Security Touchscreenis too far away from the gateway.
Resolution.
• Move the camera antenna to an upright position.
• Touch Cameras and select the camera again.
• Try all of the preceding suggestions as possible solutions.
• Move the camera or Home Security Touchscreen closer to the gateway.
