ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuant
toPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmful
interferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesand
canradiateradiofrequency
energyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferenceto
radiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticular
installation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,which
canbe
determinedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferenceby
oneofthefollowingmeasures:
●Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
●Increasetheseparaonbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
●Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletona
circuitdierentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.
●Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

ThisdevicecomplieswithPart
15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)

MHzband.
InordertomeetnewFCC,
NTIA,FAAandindustryrestrictionstoresolveinterferencetoTerminalDoppler
WeatherRadar(TDWR)systemsusedatairports,anyoutdoordeviceinstalledwithin35kmofaTDWRlocation
must be separated by at least 30 MHz (centertocenter) from TDWR operating frequency (as shown in the
tablebelow).Channels

We recommend that all operators and installers register the location information of the UNII devices
operatingoutdoorsinthe54705725MHzbandwithin35kmofanyTDWRlocationattheWISPAsponsored
database (seehttp://www.spectrumbridge.com/udia/home.aspx).
This database may be used by government
agenciesinordertoexpediteresolutionofanyinterferencetoTDWRs.
Procedures on how to register the devices in the industrysponsored database with the appropriate
informationregardingthelocationand operationofthedeviceand installerinformation canbe foundon the
database.
