Vodafone products supplied by NetComm Wireless that are offered through authorized

distributors in Vietnam on and after December 1, 2012 comply with the substance restrictions

and permitted uses in Circular 30/2011/TT-BCT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and

Trade temporarily regulating the permissible content limitation of some hazardous chemicals

in the electrical and electronic products, commonly referred to as Vietnam RoHS.

Pursuant to the requirements, we understand the permissible content limits of the restricted

substances, which is listed in the below table*. Vodafone products are designed and

manufactured in accordance with Vietnam RoHS.
