6 Recoding an entire DVD to DVD
Nero Recode allows you to adapt and change the structure of a DVD while copying it so that
the data can be burned onto a commercial blank disc.
Unless you possess the copyright yourself, or at least have the permission of the copyright
holder, the unauthorized reproduction of discs may be a breach of national or international
law and may lead to severe penalties!
A simple 1:1 copy of a DVD can be created best with Nero Express or Nero Burning ROM,
in which case compression will not be performed. The burnable disc used must have as
much free storage space as is indicated for the contents of the original DVD. For further
details on using Nero Express or Nero Burning ROM see the relevant manuals and/or help
files.
