to the playback marker. Start and end position of the area you want to keep and the

duration can also be entered in the input fields in the Trim area.

Clicking the OK button closes the screen and saves any made changes. The so-called non-

destructive procedure is used for processing, i.e. the actual video is not changed, but flags

are simply set, so you can come back at any time as long as the job is not finished and

change the made settings.

Note, that you can only trim the video at its start and end. If you want to cut

unwanted scenes or remove advertising sequences from the middle of the video, we

recommend using the Cutter feature in Nero Video. Do not forget to save changes to a

new video file.

Nero WaveEditor is not installed automatically with Nero Classic. However, it can be

downloaded for free from the Download section at www.nero.com or via Nero

ControlCenter and used together with Nero Classic. You will find further information in

the Nero WaveEditor manual.
