Drop-down menu
Channels
Selects the audio channels. Depending on the selected Nero Digital
profile, Stereo, Mono, and 5.1 are available for selection.

Mode
Selects the mode with which the audio channels are processed.
Depending on the Nero Digital profile selected, Low complexity and
High efficiency are available.
The selection affects the scan and bit rate.
Drop-down menu
Sample rate
Selects the scan rate.
The scan rate is the frequency that a signal is scanned per time
interval.
Drop-down menu
Bit rate
Selects the bit rate.
The bit rate is the quantity of data transmitted within a time unit.
The following drop-down menu is available in the Audio Boost Volume area:

Volume
Sets the required volume.

7.5 Nero Digital Subtitle Settings
The Nero Digital Subtitle Settings window allows you to create your own subtitle track. You
can also import a subtitle track that is already available. In order to be able to import the
track, the file must be saved in one of the following formats: SUB, SRT, SMI, SSA, ASS,
PSB.
You can only insert our own subtitle track if you have selected the Nero Digital or
AVC profile category and, accordingly, one of the following profiles for encoding:
Standard, Cinema, or HDTV.
