The backup copy in *.nba format created during backup is a ZIP archive. Nor-

mally the files in the ZIP archive are compressed. With Intelligent compres-

sion you can specify the files within the archive that are not to be compressed.

This is useful for file types that are already compressed, such as JPG, ZIP, or

MP3. In this case the backup will take less time, but the backup file may be so-

mewhat larger.
