Cannot hear through ear
piece
• Check Incoming Mode is set to Voice (not
Data In or Fax In). Refer to “Changing
the Incoming Mode” on page 68.
• Check ear piece settings in Preferences/
Volume/Ear Piece. Refer to “Changing
the Volume of the Ringer, Ear Piece, or
Key Pad” on page 79.
• If Volume is set correctly, check if ear
hole is clogged. If clogged, clean ear hole
with a cotton swab.
Others cannot hear you Check if voice hole is clogged. If clogged,
clean voice hole with a cotton swab.
