How to use /
正しいペンの握り方
The location of the optical sensor greatly aects recognition accuracy.
Please note that your handwriting may not be recognized if you hold or use the
pen at an incorrect angle or in the wrong direction.
光学センサーの位置は手書きの認識のクオリティーに大きく影響を与えます。
筆記時の適切な角度を外れたり、光学センサーの向きが紙面に向いていない場合は、筆記した
内容が認識されない場合があるのでご注意ください。

1. Charge the pen /
ペンを充電する
Ensure the product is fully charged before use.
電池の残量が少なくなっている可能性がありますので、
ペンはご購入後必ず充電するようにしてください。
2. Turn the pen on/o /
電源のオン/オフ
When the pen is fully charged, briey press the Power button.
The pen will be turned on, as indicated by the LED.
To turn the pen o, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds or longer.
The LED will ash in dierent colors before the pen is turned o.
The pen will be automatically turned o after 20 minutes of inactivity.
(You can adjust the automatic power o time in the NEO STUDIO app.)
In case the pen

and hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset the pen.
ペンの電源ボタンを短く押すとLEDライトが点灯し電源が入ります。
ペンの電源がオンの状態で電源ボタンを2秒間押すと、LEDライトが点滅し、電源がオフになります
20分以上アクションがない場合、ペンの電源は自動でオフになります
(シャットダウンまでの時間は設定で変更することができます。シャットダウンまでの時間を長くするほ
ど、ペンの使用可能時間は短くなります。)
ペンが正常に動作しない場合、電源ボタンを10秒以上長押ししてペンを再起動してください。電源
が入らない場合は充電ケーブルと接続した状態にて再起動を行ってください

Open the app and allow the necessary permissions.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to the pen.
When the app is connected to the pen, the pen's LED will turn green.

アプリとペンが接続されると、ペンのLEDが緑色で点灯します。

タイプのボールペン芯
This product has a built-in optical sensor. The recognition may not work correctly
in direct sunlight, outdoors, or under infrared light.
Ensure the optical sensor is not blocked.
Strong impact on the pen tip may cause damage to the pressure sensor.
Leaving the product in places with a strong magnetic eld, high temperature,
or under direct sunlight for a long period of time may cause severe damage to the
product.
When not in use, close the pen cap.
Lightly remove any dust or dirt from the input sensor with a cotton swab.
Disassembling and reassembling the product will lead to product malfunction.
In such cases, the warranty period will be void.
You must use the recommended pen tip that is compatible with the product.
NeoLab Convergence is not responsible for any malfunction caused by non-
compliance with this instruction.
Parental supervision is required when children use this product.
本製品は筆記認識センサー（光学センサー）が内蔵されており、赤外線を認識しているため直
射日光や赤外線を多く発する白熱灯の下では認識率が低下する場合があります。
筆記認識センサーがコードを認識し読み取る仕組みとなっているため、指などでペン先にあるセン
サーが隠れると、筆記が反映されない場合があります。
ノートの端の方に筆記するとコードが認識されず、筆記が反映されない場合があります。
ペン芯に強い圧力や衝撃がかからないようにしてください。
使用しない時は、必ずペンキャップを閉じてください。ほこりや異物がセンサーに付着した場合は綿
棒などでやさしく除去してください。
ペンの替え芯にテープを巻くなど加工を加えて正常に作動しなくなった場合、製品の故障の原因と
なり保証の対象外となります。
ペン芯につきましては同梱品以外でもご利用になれます。当社スマートペン製品HPにて推奨ペン
芯をご参照ください。推奨していないペン芯の使用が原因の故障につきましては保証の対象外と
なります。
(※その際の相性ですが、同規格だとしてもサイズやインク成分の微差等、当社では芯メーカー毎
の製品変更等把握しがたい面がございますので替芯の利便性を持たせた一方、適用に関しては
お客様のほうでもご留意いただけますようお願いいたします。製品HPをご参照ください）
