Message Formatting:
All messages that are available for the receiver to play are stored on an industry standard USB ash drive.
Messagesmustbelabeledcorrectlysotheywillautomaticallybeplacedintovirtualmessage“slots”ontheunit.
There are three different type of message slots:
1.TriggeredMessageSlots–Thesemessagesresideinslots1to128oftheUSBashdriveandareactivated
instantly when a 433MHz signal is received from a transmitter.
2.CountedMessageSlots-Thesemessagesresideinslots129–198oftheUSBashdriveandareactivated
whenapresetcountisexceedwithinaspecicamountoftime.
3.TimedMessageSlots–Thesemessagesresideinslots199–255oftheUSBashdriveandareactivatedbya
built-in timer circuit.
MessagesMUSTbelabeledinthefollowingmanner:“slot_position_number”.mp3
Forexample,ifyouwantedalenamed“mens_razor.mp3”putintosloteight,thenitwouldneedtorenamedas
le“8.mp3”.
AtypicallistofmessagesontheUSBashdrivewouldlooklikethis:

Message Encryption:
BeforeanymessagescanbeputontotheUSBashdrivetheymustbeencryptedusingaspecialprogramcalled
Sonocrypt3.exe.
Step 1: Create a folder and place both the MP3 les you want to convert to SC3’s and the Sonocrypt3.exe
conversion tool inside it.Youwill need your computer to display le extensions, so this feature needs to be
enabled.
Step2:GointotheMP3folderandclickon“Tools”then“FolderOptions”.
Step3:Clickonthe“View”tabthenuncheckthe“HideFileExtensions”.Clickon“Apply”and“OK”.
Step4:DoubleClickontheSonoCrypt3.exeiconandtheprogramwillbeginconvertingyourles.Itplacesthem
inthesamefolderasyourMP3les.Oncecomplete,moveONLYtheleswiththeSC3extension’stotheUSB
ashdrive.
