Reset app preferences
1. Go to Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset app preferences.
2. Tap RESET APPS.
Reset factory settings
Restore your phone to its factory settings if it crashes or is slow to respond.
Back up important data on your phone before restoring factory settings. Restoring factory settings will erase
all personal data from your phone’s internal storage, including your Google account, system and app data and
settings, downloaded apps, music, photos and other user data.
1. Go to Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Erase all data (factory reset).
2. Tap RESET PHONE to restore your phone to factory settings. Your phone will restart automatically when
the process is complete. If you have set a screen lock, you will need to confirm your pattern, PIN, or password
first so as to continue.
14. 22 System update
Over-the-Air updates (OTA updates)
1. To use OTA updates, you need to connect the mobile network or WLAN network, and ensure that your
phone has at least 30% battery power remaining.
2. Go to Settings -> System -> System update, your phone will automatically download update packages
over WLAN. To obtain the current version, tap -> Current.
3. Tap UPDATE NOW.
Update settings
Go to Settings -> System -> System update -> -> Settings and you can configure the following settings:
Auto download update packages: Turn on the switch and your phone will automatically download update
packages over WLAN.
Download over mobile network: Turn on the switch and your phone will automatically carry out downloads
over a mobile network when disconnected from WLAN.

Go to Settings -> System -> About phone to view information about the status, Android
TM
version, model
number, build number and more.
