13. 6 FM Radio
To use Sound Recorder, connect a headset to the phone first. On the Home screen, tap and you can:
Scan and manage stations
• Scan for all FM stations: Tap to scan for all FM stations, then there will be a channel list. Tap one station
and start listening to it.
• Add FM stations to favorites: When scanning radio stations, you can tap to add the radio station to
favorites. You can also tap on FM Radio screen when listening. Then, the stations you added to favorites
will be displayed at the bottom of the FM Radio screen.
• Remove FM stations from favorites: On FM Radio screen, you can tap to remove the station from
favorites when listening; or tap on the FM station you want to remove from favorites, and then tap Remove
favorite; or tap -> next the FM station you want to remove from favorites.
• Rename FM stations you added to favorites: Only the FM stations you have added to favorites can be
renamed. On FM Radio screen, tap on the FM station you want to rename, then tap Rename, enter the
new name, and tap SAVE. The new name will be displayed under the channel of the station.
• Refresh the channel list: Tap -> -> Refresh to refresh the channel list.
• Manual adjust the channel: You can manually adjust the channel bit by bit by tapping and .
Listen to FM radio
1. On the FM Radio screen, tap to play the radio; tap to pause playing.
2. Tap to play the next station; tap to play the previous station.
3. Tap Earphone, you can listen to the radio with your headphone. Tap Speaker, you can listen to the
radio through the phone’s speaker.
Record radio
1. On the FM Radio screen, go to -> Start recording to start recording the playing radio.
2. Tap STOP RECORDING and enter the name for the recording, then tap SAVE to save the recording. A
popup dialog with the recording’s storage address will appear.
3. Go to -> Saved recordings to look up and play the recordings.
