INGREDIENTS:
800 g potatoes
1 tsp salt
Pepper, freshly ground
60 g butter
Per serving:
257 kcal, 31 g carbs, 13 g fat,
4 g protein
PREPARATION
1. Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Then
season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the frying pan as indicated. After the acoustic
signal, add half the butter to the frying pan.

3. Once the butter has completely melted, add the
grated potatoes to the frying pan and press flat using a
fork. Then add the remaining butter to the potato
mixture.
4. Turn after 25 minutes and fry for an additional
25 minutes.

After the signal, fry for 50 minutes
