Brandgefahr! ■ Heißes Öl und Fett entzündet sich schnell. Heißes Öl und Fett nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Nie ein Feuer mit Wasser löschen. Kochstelle ausschalten. Flammen vorsichtig mit Deckel, Löschdecke oder Ähnlichem ersticken. Das Gerät wird sehr heiß, brennbare Materialien können sich entzünden. Nie brennbare Gegenstände (z. B. Vor dem ersten Benutzen Hier erfahren Sie was Sie tun müssen, bevor Sie mit Ihrem Grill zum ersten Mal Speisen zubereiten. Lesen Sie vorher das Kapitel Sicherheitshinweise. Reinigen Grill aufheizen Heizen Sie den Grill ohne Grillgut für einige Minuten auf der höchsten Stufe auf. Dadurch wird der Neugeruch beseitigt. Beim ersten Aufheizen ist eine leichte Rauchentwicklung normal. Reinigen Sie den Grill und die Zubehörteile vor dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich mit lauwarmer Spüllauge.

Grilling with water and lava stones Fill the grill container with water before each use. The amount of water depends on whether or not you wish to use lava stones. The lava stones store the heat of the grill element and thus ensure intensive radiation of heat and even distribution of heat. Filling with water and lava stones 1. Remove the wire rack and fold up the grill elements. Remove the lava stone container from the appliance. 2. Fill water into the grill container.

After grilling Only close the glass ceramic cover after the grill has cooled down completely. Leave damp lava stones to dry completely before you close the glass ceramic cover or else mould could develop. If the water is still hot when being drained, first add cold water to cool it down! To drain the water, place a heat-resistant container underneath the drain tap. Open the tap by turning the lever 90° downwards. Then close the tap by turning the lever upwards to the stop.

Risque d'incendie ! ■ L'huile et la graisse chaude s'enflamme rapidement. Ne jamais laisser l'huile et la graisse chaude sans surveillance. Ne jamais éteindre le feu avec de l'eau. Eteindre le foyer. Etouffer les flammes prudemment avec un couvercle, une couverture ou similaire. L'appareil devient très chaud, des matières inflammables peuvent s'enflammer. Avant la première utilisation Faire chauffer le gril Vous apprendrez ici ce que vous devez faire avant d'utiliser votre gril pour la première fois pour préparer des mets. Avant de commencer, lisez le chapitre Consignes de sécurité. Faites chauffer le gril sans aliments pendant quelques minutes à la puissance maximale. Cela permet d’éliminer l’odeur de neuf. Un léger dégagement de fumée est normal lors de la première chauffe.

Pericolo di incendio! ■ L'olio o il burro caldi si incendiano rapidamente. Non lasciare mai incustoditi sul fuoco l'olio o il burro caldi. Non utilizzare mai acqua per spegnere il fuoco. Disattivare la zona di cottura. Soffocare le fiamme con un coperchio, una coperta ignifuga o qualcosa di simile. L'apparecchio diventa molto caldo, i materiali infiammabili potrebbero prendere fuoco. Cause di danni Attenzione! ■ ■ Danni all'apparecchio causati da accessori inadeguati: Usate solo gli accessori originali. Non utilizzate vaschette o pellicola di alluminio. Queste causerebbero danni alla griglia. Se oggetti duri o appuntiti cadono sul pannello o sulla copertura in vetroceramica possono causare danni. Selettore e spia di funzionamento Con i selettori si imposta la potenza di riscaldamento del grill. Tale potenza può essere regolata per gradi. Entrambe le resistenze possono essere regolate separatamente. Al termine della cottura al grill ruotare entrambi i selettori su 0 per spegnere l'apparecchio. La spia di funzionamento corrispondente è accesa quando la resistenza è attivata. Avvertenza: Il grill si regola mediante l'attivazione e la disattivazione delle resistenze.

Tabella grill Le indicazioni nelle tabelle sono valori indicativi e si riferiscono al grill preriscaldato. I valori possono variare in base al tipo e alla quantità di pietanza da grigliare. Posizionare la pietanza da grigliare soltanto quando è trascorso il tempo previsto per il preriscaldamento. Girare la pietanza almeno una volta.

Cospargere d'olio la pelle affinché non rimanga attaccata alla griglia. ■ Se cola del grasso sulla resistenza può prendere fuoco e causare la formazione di fiamme e fumo. Per ridurre tale fenomeno, grigliare i cibi con molto grasso sul bagno maria. Le pietanze grigliate vanno servite subito quando sono molto calde. Non tenerle in caldo altrimenti diventano dure.

Voor het eerste gebruik Grill opwarmen Hier vindt u alles wat u moet doen voordat u voor het eerst gerechten klaarmaakt met de grill. Lees eerst het hoofdstuk Veiligheidsvoorschriften. Warm de gril zonder grillproducten gedurende enige minuten op de hoogste stand op. Hierdoor wordt de geur van het nieuwe weggenomen. Wanneer u voor de eerste keer opwarmt, is een lichte rookontwikkeling normaal.

Apparaat reinigen Reinig het apparaat na gebruik altijd wanneer het afgekoeld is. Hierdoor voorkomt u dat restanten inbranden. Wanneer restanten meerdere keren zijn ingebrand, kunnen ze moeilijk worden verwijderd. Apparaatonderdeel/oppervlak Aanbevolen reiniging Lavastenen Zeer natte lavastenen af en toe in de oven bij 200 °C drogen. Hierdoor kan mogelijke schimmelvorming worden voorkomen. Kras ingebrande restanten niet weg, maar laat ze in water met schoonmaakmiddel weken.
