Safety features
Locking the oven and the hotplates:
Using the function selector, switch 3 x in
rapid succession from the
{
position to the
oven light

function and back again.
❑ –
Å – is displayed.
❑ The oven and the hotplates cannot be
unintentionally switched on, e.g. by
children.
❑ To re l ease the oven and hotplates,
switch 3 x from the
{ position to the
oven light
m. – Å – goes out.
Automatic safety off function:
❑ Depending on the setting, the hotplates
automatically switch off after 1–10
hours.
❑ Depending on the setting, the oven
automatically switches off after 6 or 12
hours.
❑ The hotplates and oven can be switched
off independently of each other.
❑ Safety off will not function if the setting
on the appliance has been changed.
