2 lemons
3 garlic cloves
50 ml olive oil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

PREPARATION
1. Squeeze the lemons. Peel the garlic and crush into the lemon juice. Stir with the remaining
ingredients to form a marinade.
2. Rinse the chicken wings briefly under cold water and pat dry with kitchen towel. Brush with the
marinade and grill on the wire rack as indicated.
