Making rice pudding
1.
Weigh the rice.
2.
Add 2.5 times the amount of milk.
3.
Pour the rice and milk into the accessory until you
have a mixture that is no more than 2.5cm deep.

Making fruit compote
The program is only suitable for fruits with stones and
pips.
1.
Weigh the fruit.
2.
Add approx. 1/3 of the amount of water.

Add sugar and spices to taste.

Sterilising bottles
You can sterilise bottles in your appliance using the
conventional sterilisation process.
1.
Clean the bottles with the bottle brush immediately
after use.
2.
Clean the bottles in the dishwasher.
3.
Place the bottles into the perforated steaming tray
such that they do not touch one another.

5.
Dry the bottles with a clean cloth.
10 Childproof lock
You can secure your appliance to prevent children
from accidentally switching it on or changing the set-
tings.
10.1 Locks
Your appliance has two different locks:
Lock Activate/deactivate
Automatic childproof lock Go to Settings .
One-time childproof lock Using the touch button
10.2 Activating the automatic childproof
lock
The automatic childproof lock disables the control
panel to prevent children from accidentally switching
on the appliance. To switch on the appliance, interrupt
the automatic childproof lock. Once the appliance has
finished cooking, it automatically disables the control
panel.
Note:When you activate the childproof lock, the control
panel will be disabled. The and buttons will not be
disabled. You can deactivate the childproof lock at any
time.
Requirement:The appliance is switched on.

10.3 Pausing the automatic childproof lock

Press and hold the button until "Childproof lock
deactivated" appears on the display.

Press to switch the appliance on and then start it
up.
10.4 Deactivating the automatic childproof
lock
1.
Press and hold the button until "Childproof lock
deactivated" appears on the display.

Press to switch the appliance on.
3.

Use the or button to select "Settings" .

Use the button to navigate to the next row.

Use the or button to select "Automatic childproof
lock".

Use the button to select the settings.

Use the button to set the lock to "Deactivated".

10.5 Activating the one-time childproof lock
The one-time childproof lock disables the control panel
to prevent children from accidentally switching on the
appliance. To switch on the appliance, deactivate the
one-time childproof lock. After you have switched off
the appliance, the control panel will no longer be dis-
abled.
Note:When you activate the childproof lock, the control
panel will be disabled. The and buttons will not be
disabled. You can deactivate the childproof lock at any
time.
