The baking and roasting times will no longer be correct and the enamel will be damaged. ▶ Do not place any accessories, greaseproof paper or foil of any kind on the cooking compartment floor. ▶ Only place cookware on the cooking compartment floor if a temperature above 50 °C has been set.
en Familiarising yourself with your appliance Use dark-coloured, black-coated or enamelled baking tins. ¡ These types of baking tin absorb the heat particularly well. Open the appliance door as little as possible during operation. ¡ This maintains the temperature in the cooking compartment and eliminates the need for the appliance to reheat.
