Precautions:
• (Mac OS only) Do not use the ColorSync control panel to switch between different monitor
calibrations by selecting different monitor color proles. Always use the MultiProler
application to congure the display prole. This is because all of the necessary color
adjustments, including the Look Up Tables, are stored in the display monitor and these must
be set by MultiProler. The ColorSync proles generated by MultiProler contain linear Look
Up Tables for the video graphics adapter.
• Extreme care should be taken when using the DisplaySync Pro with certain USB devices
such as ash memory sticks and hard drives, as data can be lost or corrupted if the device
is switched between upstream ports while write operations are being performed. Always use
the device “eject” function on the host PC before switching upstream ports with these types
of devices. See “About DisplaySync Pro” on page 22 for more information.

This document covers the Mac OS, Windows, and Linux versions of the MultiProler software.
The features and functions of all versions are identical unless noted otherwise. The majority
of the User Interface screen images in this document show the Mac OS version, however the
Windows and Linux versions are identical in layout unless noted otherwise.
