Requirements for Setup
Prepare the following media and instruction manuals before starting setup.
 Either of the following OS installation media
• NEC operating system installation media (hereafter referred to as Backup DVD-ROM)
• Microsoft operating system installation media (hereafter referred to as Windows Server 2012 R2
DVD-ROM)
 Either of the following EXPRESSBUILDER
• EXPRESSBUILDER DVD
• Internal Flash Memory
 Prepare if needed:
• Removable media for Windows OS parameter file
Tips
The OS can be installed in this server by starting EXPRESSBUILDER stored in the
Internal Flash Memory without using the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD.
