4. Select [Forward Manager], then click [OK] to close the window.
5. On [Base Setting] window, click [OK] to close the window.
6. On Alert Manager, click [Setting] menu - [Destination Setting…].
7. Select [Express Report Service] and click [Modify ID...].
8. [ID Setting] window is displayed. Click [Address...].
