Chapter 1 Installing Windows

(1) Use the wizard to configure the RAID system with the RAID controller detected automatically.

Creating new logical drives:

Clear the Skip a RAID Configuration check box and click Next. Follow the wizard to set up the

RAID array and logical drives.

Important

The existing RAID system is cleared and all data on the hard disk drives will

be lost when proceeding to the installation.

Skipping the creation of new logical drives:

Select the Skip a RAID Configuration check box, and then click Next.

(2) Specify the settings for Basic Settings.

Choose Use Windows standard installer, modify the settings as needed, and then click Next.
