4.5.2.4 About Firefox

The screen including Java Applet might not be displayed on Firefox.

Through the following procedure, the situation can be avoided.

-- Modify the version of Java Plug-in of Web browser.

-- Use Internet Explorer.

-- Disable the check box.

[Java control panel] - [Advanced] tab

"Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in"

4.5.3 About [back] button of the browser

NEC ESMPRO Manager cannot be operated using [back] button.

The screen contents cannot be displayed correctly on browsers.

Choose a necessary link or a button again in that case.

4.5.4 About the automatic logout

NEC ESMPRO Manager logs out automatically when you don't operate a screen for more than 30 minutes.

When you continue the operation, login to NEC ESMPRO Manager again.
