Installation Order
Installation order depends on the number of CPUs installed.
 1-CPU configuration:
Install DIMMs starting from the smallest slot number.
 2-CPU configuration:
Alternately install DIMMs starting from the smallest slot number of each CPU.
 Install DIMMs starting from the largest capacity and from the smallest slot number (16GB
→ 8GB → 4GB → 2GB → 1GB).
IMPORTANT: If CPU2 is not installed, CPU2_DIMM1 through
CPU2_DIMM6 are not available.
NOTES:
 If an N8102-371/372/373/374/375 memory stick is installed or the
standard memory configuration is used, memory mirroring and
LockStep (x8 SDDC) features are not supported.
 The factory-installed two 1GB DIMMs and additional 1GB memory
stick is unavailable for x4 SDDC feature. To use x4 SDDC feature,
additional 2GB/4GB/8GB/16GB memory stick is required.
