Upgrading Your Server 9-9
Upon shipment, the hard disk drive bays are connected to the onboard controller in the
server. If using these hard disk drives for a RAID system, refer to the following.
 If using the optional RAID controller N8103-129/130
Use WebBIOS or the Universal RAID Utility to build, set up, or manage a RAID
system.
For details, see page 6-24 of Universal RAID Utility, which is included with the
optional RAID controller.
The hard disk drive bays include dummy trays. These dummy trays are used to increase
the server-internal effects of cooling. Be sure to install the dummy trays if not installing
hard disk drives.
