5. Install the redundant fan unit.
Important
Make sure that the fan unit faces rearward of the chassis as shown by the
arrows that indicate the air flow.
6. Connect the fan cables to the
backplane. Make sure that the fan
cables are not caught in the top
cover, fan, or chassis.
