Chapter 2 Preparations
If using optional RAID Controller for a 3.5-inch drive model
• You need to prepare the internal SAS/SATA cable K410-240(00), which is separately available.
• Connect the P0 to P3 connectors of the internal SAS/SATA cable K410-240(00) to the SATA0 to SATA3
connectors on the backplane, respectively.
• Connect pin 1 (indicated by the triangle Δ) of the S1 connector of the internal SAS/SATA cable
K410-240(00) to pin 1 (indicated by the bold line) of the SGPIO1 connector on the backplane.
• Connect the miniSAS connector of the internal SAS/SATA cable K410-240(00) to the connectors for ports
0 to 3 on the optional RAID Controller.
