This dialog box closes with no set information added.

For selecting report items, press this button.

– [Test]:

For the test report, press this button.

Check this to display a computer name.

– [Date]:

Click this to display a date.

– [Time]:

Click this to display a time.

– [Event Source]:

Click this to display a source name.

– [Event ID]:

Click this to display an event ID.

– [OK]:

Set information is added and this dialog box closes.

– [Cancel]:

This dialog box closes with no set information added.
