SuperBuild Utility and Universal RAID Utility
Universal RAID Utility is available as a utility to configure, manage, and monitor the RAID System after the
operating system starts. The points to be noted when using the Universal RAID Utility together with the
SuperBuild Utility are described below.
(1) Terms
Some terms are different between the SuperBuild Utility and Universal RAID Utility. When using the Universal
RAID Utility together with the SuperBuild Utility, replace the terms as shown in the table below:

Tips
raidcmd is a command provided by the Universal RAID Utility. For details, refer to
"Universal RAID Utility User’s Guide".
(2) Control numbers
The numbers indicating RAID Controller information differ between the SuperBuild Utility and Universal RAID
Utility as shown in the table below.
