5. Select Create a parameter file for Windows OS.
The following window appears.
6. Specify the parameters according to the following procedure.
Tips
• To modify an existing parameter file, click Load a Parameter file on the setup
selection menu.
• To cancel parameter file creation in the middle, click [ ] on the upper right of
the dialog box.
