Security Menu
Select Security from the Main menu to display the Security menu, which is shown in
Figure 5-9. Use the legend bar keys to make your selections and exit to the Main menu.
Boot Monitoring Enabled (default) Enables the BMC to monitor the
boot process. This feature must be
enabled for normal operation and
disabled for an unattended
installation.
Disabled Disables the boot monitoring
feature. Note that the boot
monitoring feature must be disabled
if you are performing the IPL or
operating system upgrade
procedure on a system. For more
