Table 5-4 describes the Advanced Processor Configuration submenu features.
NOTE
You may need to disable hyperthreading to facilitate
application execution.
I/O Device Configuration Submenu
Select I/O Device Configuration from the Advanced menu to display the I/O Device
Configuration submenu, which is shown in Figure 5-5. Use the legend bar keys to
make your selections and exit to the Main menu.
NOTE
The BIOS setup screens use several terms to refer to the
same two serial ports:
– Serial Port 1
– Serial Port 2
