Table 5-3 describes the features available from the Main menu.

Feature Options Description
System Time HH:MM:SS Sets the system time.
System Date MM/DD/YYYY Sets the system date.
Summary Screen Enabled
Disabled
If enabled, displays the
names of system
devices detected during
system boot. The
summary appears at
the end of the BIOS
power-on self-test
(POST). Disabled by
default.
Boot-time Diagnostic
Screen
Enabled
Disabled
If enabled, the system
displays boot
information on the
screen.
CPU Speed (none) Displays the CPU
processor speed.
Physical CPUs (none) Displays the number of
physical processors in
the system.
Logical CPUs (none) Displays the number of
logical processors:
equal to one half the
number of physical
processors.
System Memory (none) Displays the amount of
conventional memory
detected during system
boot.
Extended Memory (none) Displays the amount of
extended memory
detected during system
boot.
