To send an urgent message
You can use special delivery by marking a message as
urgent before you send it. The system plays urgent mes-
sages first, before normal priority messages.
Messages can be marked as urgent either when you leave a
message directly in a subscriber’s mailbox or when you call
an unanswered extension.
USING YOUR PHONE
1 Call the voice messaging system, and enter your personal ID and
security code if prompted.
2 Follow the conversation to leave a message. Address the message,
then record it.
3 Press to stop recording.
4 Press to mark the message as urgent.
5 Press to send the message immediately and return to the main
menu.
6 Follow the steps above to leave another message.

listening to a message, or at any time, see “To use systemwide
commands” on page 17.
