You can use quick message shortcut actions while lis-
tening to a message. For example, press to
repeat a message.
Once you gain access to your mailbox, you can use the
shortcuts to complete specific tasks rather than waiting
to listen to options described by the voice mail system.
Depending upon your system, you may or may not be
prompted to provide your personal ID and security
code, since some systems automatically send this infor-
mation. For example, if your system did send your per-
sonal ID and security code, you would simply press
to turn on call transfer. Otherwise, you would
