■ Checking E-mail by Phone
Depending on how your system is set up, you can
check your voice and fax messages through your e-mail
inbox. If your voice and fax messages are delivered to
your e-mail inbox, the messages are deleted from your
voice mailbox to avoid duplication.
Text-to-speech technology When you check your mes-
sages by phone, the system reads the text portion of
your e-mail messages and plays any attached .wav
files.
E-mail integration. When you check voice and fax mes-
sages by phone, you can hear the number of new e-mail
messages you have received. Or, you can turn off e-mail
totaling.
ActiveFax. Fax your e-mail messages to any fax
machine.
