To let callers find your extension in the directory
Your system may use automatic directory assistance,
numeric directory assistance, or both, to help callers find
subscribers’ extension numbers.
Callers with letters on their phones can use automatic
directory assistance to identify subscribers by their last
names. All callers can use numeric directory assistance,
which groups subscribers by department, location, or
some other category.
USING YOUR PHONE
1 Call the voice messaging system, and enter your personal ID and
security code if prompted.
2 Press to change your directory listing.
3 Follow the system instructions to change your spelled name, and
press for Yes or for No after each question.
