Banner

To set your Personal or ERI banner:

Personal Banner

The Personal Banner can be up to 16 characters and is displayed

on the idle screen.

1. From the Display Settings submenu, press  Banner, 

Personal Banner.

2. Enter your banner text (up to 18 characters) then press the Center

Select Key [SET].

ERI Banner

If you use ERI Service, ERI Text is shown on the sub banner.

1. From the Display Settings submenu, press  Banner,  ERI

Banner.

2. Select On or Off, then press the Center Select Key [SET].

Backlight

Setting the Main Display Backlight

To set the duration and brightness of backlight illumination for the

main display (Internal):

1. From the Display Settings submenu, press  Backlight, 

Display,  Internal.

2. Select one of the following settings, then press the Center Select

Key [OK].

Duration: 7 seconds / 15 seconds / 30 seconds / Always On /

Always Off

Brightness: Press the Directional Key = left or right to set the

brightness to Low, Medium Low, Medium, Medium High, or

High, then press the Center Select Key [SET].
