Calendar

The Calendar tool provides easy and convenient access to your

schedule.

Simply store your events and your cellphone will alert you to them.

NOTE

You can directly access the Calendar feature by pressing the

Directional Key / down from the idle screen with the flip open.

Adding a New Event

1. From the Tools submenu, press  Calendar.

2. Scroll to highlight the scheduled day.

3. Press the Left Soft Key [Add].

4. Enter the Appointment Name.

5. Scroll to highlight the information field (Start Date & Time, End

Date & Time, Time Zones, Recurrence, Alert, or Alert Time),

then press the Left Soft Key [Set] to view your choices.

6. Scroll to highlight a setting and set information, then press the

Center Select Key [OK].

7. Press the Center Select Key [SAVE] after setting all of the

applicable Event Fields.
