Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEATO ROBOTICS’
ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED, AT NEATO ROBOTIC’S OPTION, TO
REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE
PRICE PAID.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE
ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT, IS NONTRANSFERABLE AND, TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STATES YOUR EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY.
To the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, Neato shall not be liable for any claims
for property damage caused by incorrect use, misuse or use of the Product otherwise than in
accordance with the documentation accompanying the Product, including without limitation for
any claims for property damage resulting from running the Product over electrical cords or the
Product picking up loose debris or other such items or obstacles.

No Neato Robotics dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension,
