General remarks to Country Specic table:
1 The channels for service categories ship-to-ship and nautical information may
also be used for vessel trac -sys tems by trac centres.
2 In some countries, frequencies certain channels are used for an other service cat-
egory or other radio services. These countries are Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the
Federal Republic of Yugosla via, Hun gary, Moldova, Romania, the Russian Federa-
tion, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic (with exemption of channels 08, 09,
72, 74 and 86), Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Yugosla via. The Administra-
tions concerned should make any possible attempt to make these fre quencies
channels as soon as possible available for the radiotelephone service on Inland
Waterways and/or the required service catego ry.
