Press the Performance Mode buttons next to the display until the MIDI page appears.

Touch a Performance knob to enlarge the MIDI pane displaying current parameters of the
selected MIDI controls.
The MIDI page will not appear if the above Enable MIDI controls preference is not
turned on.
