Rotate the LOOP encoder on the right Deck.

The microphone’s volume changes and the illumination of the Touch Strip’s LEDs indi-
cate the current volume level.
Volume adjustments for the microphone and the external audio devices will not retain
when the AUX button is released. The volume level of the microphone will reset to 50 %
whereas the volume level for the external audio device will reset to maximum.
5.2 Adding a Line Level Audio Device
Connecting a line level audio device allows you to expand the scope of your performance. This
can be a device such as an MP3 player, a CD player or any other device with a line level output
stage.
Connecting a Line Level Audio Device
In order to connect a line level audio device to your S5:

Connect your line level audio device to any of the LINE L / R inputs in the AUX section
on the rear panel of the S5 using a stereo RCA cable.
Integrating a Line Level Audio Device into Your TRAKTOR Workflow
In order to integrate a line level audio device into the mix:
1. Start media playback on the connected audio device.
