▪ DECK C (or DECK D) indicator: lights up in white when the Deck on your S4 is focused on
the lower Deck (Deck C on the left, Deck D on the right) in TRAKTOR.
▪ KEYLOCK indicator: lights up when the Keylock is active on that Deck. Note that Keylock
can be activated on Track Decks only. For more info on the Keylock feature of TRAKTOR,
please refer to the tutorial in section ↑4.8, Synchronization and to the TRAKTOR 2 Man-
ual.
▪ MASTER indicator: Lights up when the Deck is the tempo master. This information is cru-
cial when synchronizing tracks. Note that only Track Decks can be set as tempo master.
To set a Track Deck as tempo master, use SHIFT + SYNC (see section ↑6.3.12, SYNC
Button). For more info on synchronization, please refer to the tutorial in section ↑4.8,
Synchronization and to the TRAKTOR 2 Manual.
Loop Size Display
The Loop SIZE Display.
At the far right of the Deck Display, the Loop Size Display shows the currently selected loop size
(measured in beats). You can change the selected Loop size and create Loops with this size via
the Loop SIZE encoder (see section ↑6.3.8, Loop Section).

LOAD Button
The LOAD button.
The LOAD button allows you to load/unload a track or Remix Set to and from the Deck when
using Quick Loading. It is used in conjunction with the BROWSE encoder, which allows you to
quickly browse the Playlist you’re currently in:
1. Turn the BROWSE encoder to select the desired track in the currently opened Playlist in
the Browser. Hold SHIFT and turn the BROWSE encoder to scroll through your Favorites.
2. Press LOAD to load that track / Remix Set to the Deck.
