4 Sound Slots
A Sound can hold up to four modules which can be configured as a Sampler, VST/AU Plug-in
Instrument or FX, internal MASCHINE FX, as well as an external Input, or a MIDI Out module.
Each Sound of the selected Group is mapped to one of the 16 pads on the MASCHINE hard-
ware controller, so you can play the Sounds by pressing the pads.
Sound slots in MASCHINE.
A Sound slot in MASCHINE can be configured to:
▪ act as a Sampler (Sampler)
▪ be a bussing point for an internal or external signal (Input)
